All our products are digital subscriptions. Once the product is delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
The subscription has already been delivered
The customer changes their mind after purchase
The customer does not know how to use the service
The device or internet connection is not compatible
Eligible Cases (Support or Replacement)
Support, fixes, or replacements are provided in the following situations:
The account does not work upon delivery
The login details are incorrect
The service stops working within the guarantee period
Replacement Policy
If a valid issue is confirmed:
The issue will be fixed or the subscription will be replaced
The customer must provide proof (screenshot or video)
Replacement will be provided for the same product only

Do not share or misuse the account
Violation of usage rules may void the guarantee
